Any User may close their account at any time, subject to compliance with current contractual obligations, including those relating to the performance of agreed services or the payment of amounts due for said services, prior to the actual closure of the account.
Exclusion by Panda:
Panda reserves the right to exclude a User in the following cases:
In the event of User behavior that may undermine the morality, image, security, or integrity of Panda, other Users, or Third Parties;
In the event of a violation of applicable legal provisions, the rights of Third Parties, these General Terms of Use, or the applicable Charters.
Panda may, at its discretion, adopt one or more of the following measures, without prejudice to any legal action aimed at preserving its rights and obtaining compensation for any damages suffered:
Deletion of any infringing post, request, or profile; Restriction, limitation, or prohibition of access to or use of the platform;
Restriction, limitation, or removal of the Shopper's solicitations via the platform;
Permanent ban on access to the platform and closure of the User's account;
Any other measure that Panda deems necessary in light of the situation.
Financial provisions in the event of unsubscription or exclusion:
In the event of unsubscription or exclusion from the platform, the User expressly waives any claim relating to their prize pool if it is less than one (1000 F)
